Niko's employees are a team of people dedicated to providing a great quality of service to our customers.  We believe that respect, loyalty and cleanliness are of utmost importance.

-We do perform random drug/alcohol testing
-Tobacco products are not permitted by employees on premises
-We will perform extensive criminal and employment history background checks

Cashiers:
An employee of Niko's is a representative of the business as a whole.  All employees work together to create an enjoyable and safe environment for our customers.  A great attitude is a must.  We ask that all employees conceal all visible tattoos and piercings, wear clean blue jeans or khaki pants, wear non-slip closed toed shoes at all times, wear Niko's shirt and always be polite and friendly with fellow co-workers and customers.

Kitchen cooks:
Cooks that are working in the kitchen are required to wear hairnets, non-slip closed toed shoes at all times and their Niko's shirt.  All rings must be removed before handling food and sanitation rules must be followed at all times, no exceptions!
